In the current issue of the New Hope Journal you will find the sad, informative and at times hilarious conclusion of “What Did You Do in the War, Daddy? Confessions of a sort of a Conscientious Objector 1960-1969?”  This fifth and final chapter, “The Crossing,” is divided into 3 parts and details my life in Korea in 1969 and the ordeal I created to finally extricate myself from the Army and the 1960s.  The entire War Daddy memoir is now on line as well as previous essays, poetry and photography from the New Hope Journal (see index panel above).  I’ll be living at Rabbit Rock for the rest of the summer, finishing my studio, Rock Ledge, the beginnings of which can be seen above. Let me hear from you.
